ALBUM REVIEW
Of my so far reviewed Wigwam albums this particular has been the most difficult one to decide whether it's good, bad or something else. My conclusion came out from quite a several spins... The reason I cannot decide what this music is, or do I like it, is that it's... well trivial. Songs are played well, they're produced well,... but the problem is in the smashing mediocrity and mellowness this album represents. It's quite hard to find anything special in this album. Yet, it's as hard to find anything annoying or weak in this album. Still, there's two songs over the others: 'Bless your lucky stars' and 'Simple human kindness' I find very enjoyable (especially the first one) and for the reason I'll give this album 3 stars. 'Bless your lucky stars' is almost purely instrumental showing some hypnotic rhythm and riff throughout the song, simple, catchy and nicely developing, while 'Simple human kindness' is a good mood song with some really nice vocal lines and separate parts of the song. It truly takes the listener within the song and one soon finds himself listening, living it along. (herrahuu - Rate Your Music)
