ALBUM REVIEW
Fresh off their well received support spot on the latest Fish tour, Jump went straight into the studio to record their fifth album. The group has refined the new songs in live performances for many months now and are satisfied that this is their finest material to date. The original compositions with strong melody and biting contemporary lyrics are linked with dual guitar breaks and powerful keyboards. This is Melodic hard rock with power, imagination and, when emotive singer John Dexter Jones weaves his stories within songs, slightly theatrical. The music is not far from the likes of Fish and Marillion, both acts that they have supported in the past. Their growing fan club support and heavy touring schedule should see this as their greatest achievement so far. (Cyclops)
