ALBUM REVIEW
This new group side project from Vulgar Unicorn man Neil Randall (Schloss Adler) is a homage to the soundtracks of horror films. This imaginary soundtrack has keyboards/synths, cello, acoustic guitar and percussion performing a mixture of eerie soundscapes, melancholy ensemble pieces and ambient tracks - all chilling. Something of a departure from his other work although you can still detect the Vulgar Unicorn style at times, especially with the use of effects/film dialogue snippets. This will be of interest to Vulgar Unicorn fans as well as those that like the Italian Goblin/Morricone film score genre. (Cyclops)
