ALBUM REVIEW
Even though it can be considered an overall good album, the second effort by Tai Phong, originally released one year later their first with the title Windows, doesn't achieve the emotional richness of their debut. The better moments are represented by the Genesis inspired "St. John's Avenue" as well as the dreaming "Circle" featuring strong Camel and Le Orme influences. On the other hand, the ordinary ballad "Games" and the mellow "Last Chance" are the weakest. The closing section committed to the long "The Gulf of Knowledge" give us a pleasant atmosphere drenched with oriental echoes and spacey landscapes. In conclusion, Windows it's worthy but not essential as the first album. (Eventyr)
