ALBUM REVIEW
Generally regarded as their masterpiece. Howard Werth’s vocals reminds Roger Chapman and falls under the cathegory of great and truly unique voices, like Peter Gabriel. By no means a 100% progressive band, Audience are one of those groups capable of making memorable tunes with a light but tasteful prog approach and a voice of their own. "I had a dream" is a beautiful ballad, while the lenghty "House on the hill" and "Jackdaw" show their more complex side, even with a jazzy flavour here and there. Excellent offering from a band that should have deserved more attention than what they eventually had. (progarchives.com)
