ALBUM REVIEW
Croma is the first album by « Unoma », a project created by the young spanish composer/guitarist Fidel Vazquez. Helped by drummer L.Rivalta, singer Alex Warner, and some other musicians, he gave birth to five successful progressive pieces, which reveal very diverse influences: Pink Floyd, Marillion, Rush, yes, Genesis, Dream Theater, among others. These ambitious, often powerful pieces reveal a highly talented guitar player, able to convey emotions and feelings, but also a clever and gifted composer. Mixing successfully melancholy and power, with nice dialogues between keyboards and guitars, “Croma” is an excellent album, with a suggestive and diverse music.
