Released in 1997, The Music or the money... is a self produced, 2 CD set on Morgan's own Ultimate Audio Entertainment label. The first disc features compositions written by Mats and the second disc, as you might be able to guess, features Morgan's songs. The Mats disc features more conventional (oh, that is such the wrong word!) arrangements, while Morgan's showcases more programmed electronic stuff similar to Frank's Synclavier compositions. Picture Jazz From Hell taken to the most bizarre extreme! Mats' vocals can be a little on the peculiar side, to put it mildly. This is where I drawn the Ween comparison. The vocals can be really interesting once you get used to them. (progressiveears.com)
