This CD was really fun to put together. Me and Mats had wanted to dig in our archives for some time, and release some old goodies. So we both went through all recordings we could find, everything from analog 2 track to 24 track digital. We wounded up with four big bags full of tapes, and went through it all. We made three categories of the tapes, one pile of recordings “worth considering”, and a “must” pile, and a pile off “this we can live without!!” So, The Teenage Tapes is me and Mats in a number of different setups, 1981-1998. Something you might wanna call a collector’s item, but it is definitely worth checking out. There are parts that I really like. This CD also features a very refreshing version on the Beatles classic HELP, that should probably be titled as “the ultimate version”! - recorded in 1981 (Mats is 10 years old..) (M.Agren)
