An "acid" influenced skiffle band hailing from Berkeley, that recorded this album for Vanguard in 1968. The album is great fun and the "acid" influence is probably due to the fact that three of them played at various times with Country Joe McDonald. As a result this is a kind of acoustic Country Joe and the Fish. (Freak Emporium)
