ALBUM REVIEW
This Herefordshire band played fine interpretations of soul and R 'n' B music with jazz leanings. Their early Sixties albums includes versions of tracks by Smokey Robinson, Don Covay, Sam Cooke, James Brown and Curtis Mayfield. Oddly enough they then mutated into Mott The Hoople and guitarist Mick Ralphs also played with Bad Company! Mini LP gatefold sleeve package. (Freak Emporium)
