Wow these really are the missing BBC sessions that we all thought had been lost.The recordings span the period 1968-1972 and contain "Feelin' Reelin',Squealin'" the great Kevin Ayres number of which this is the only known performance, it has a sound more akin to early Pink Floyd than CARAVAN!The sound quality has been lovingly re-stored from old reel to reel tapes and at times it does fade a little but this does not detract as the band are in amazing form throughout. This is a limited edition release through the band themselves. Great booklet detailing the session and performances with period photographs. (Freak Emporium)
