Recycled was originally mixed by Beatles engineer Geoff Emerick at Air Studios in London but sadly that mix was not used. The albums sound is heavily influenced by the contribution of synthesiser wizard Larry Fast and on this disc the stunning original version of 'Recycled' is revealed in full, and as a bonus the full previously unissued Geoff Emerick mix has also been added! Remastered from the original master tapes and including a fully expanded and detailed booklet this is a must have item for any '70's prog/psych fan. NEKTAR went into overdrive on their 1975 album, a complex sci-fi progressive rock affair that features some great songs and mind blowing production. (Freak Emporium)
