ALBUM REVIEW
Woolly Wolstenholme was the Mellotron and Keyboard genius of Barclay James Harvest from 1967 to 1979 and was responsible for the more epic and symphonic pieces recorded by the band. Wolstenholme embarked on the recording of a second solo album that was to have been called “Black Box”. This Eclectic reissue adds three previously unreleased live recordings made in Vienna in 1981 with his band Maestoso, an unreleased track and a series of 1980 demos and taste of Woolly’s new work with a studio demo of “Bootham Park Elegy”.
