ALBUM REVIEW
THIRTEEN OF EVERYTHING is a Texan Progressive rock quintet, formed at the end of the Nineties. After a first demo particularly well received by the critics, "Welcome, Humans" eventually sees the light of day on the Musea label. Let’s go straight to the point: this is undoubtedly one of the best productions of the year 2005 ! This band can be compared without complex with ECHOLYN or IZZ. Beside the influence of the masters of the Seventies (Mainly GENESIS), the thirteen tracks are marked with a melodic easiness that sounds particularly American, a modern and powerful sound as well as an epic lyricism and virtuosity. It can be noticed by the way that seven of them form an epic suite of 26 minutes. On the whole, this is an hour and a quarter of symphonic Progressive rock of premium crop, copiously sprayed with Chapman Stick. (Musea)
