Remastered version of this classic 1974 album from the bosses of Detroit Boogie, "Shinin' On" was the follow up to "We're An American Band" and continues in much the same slicker funkier vein (keeping Todd Rundgren as producer helped). Great vocal harmonies, wild lead guitar breaks from Mark Farner and pounding rock rhythm keep the album flowing from beginning to end.
