This CD contains their second LP "Undir Ahrifum" (1970) and their third and stone cold classic album "Lifun" (1971), which is revered as one of the best LPs, of any genre, to have emerged from Iceland and it is, in the opinion of this humble man-servant, unquestionably a masterwork. Yes, it is a concept album but even if they don't usually float your aqautic vehicle it's strewn which such fine hard rocking psychedelia that even that fact can't numb the pleasure given by this progressive delicacy. If you want to ruin the mystique then: This is guitar and organ driven prog/psych with a taste of the hippie about it and english vocals over original music. But if you want to know the truth then give it a whirl. "Undir Ahrifum" is also a fine progressive album, it doesn't quite have the majesty of "Lifun" but, hell, this music lover aint gonna complain!
