ALBUM REVIEW
I felt a little jilted that many people gave this a lukewarm review... to me, the ace guitarist of Hawkwind has made a pretty sweet album. Took me ages to find, but finally I heard it and it reminds me of the mighty Hawklords. A kind of new wave, reverb heavy production, to be sure. But this is punchy and interesting, no dud tracks. And believe me, I have had my stomach turned by my fair share of late 70s/early 80s albums by many of my favorite groups. Langton's fretwork is melodic and relaxed, and a treat to the ears!
