Hawkwind trying to be in a techno/ambient experimental mode and not really doing it very well! They've done many better in this style than this. It's all very disjointed and the only track of real merit is titled "Love in Space" which is a totally different number to the live album and subsequent song. It's not very techno nor ambient in the melodic sense and definitely not rock. Just a series of instrumentals which rarely create either a mood nor are they lively.
