ALBUM REVIEW
"Lost At Sea" (2008) is the third studio opus of this outfit from Kansas City, Missouri. It includes eight tracks as four parts forming a concept-album built on a short story that's printed in the booklet along with the lyrics. This story deals with History from a high point of view, today's world confusion, struggles for power through religion or politics with increasing pollution generation. The music is more eclectic than ever, but remains faithful to symphonic musical structures and arrangements. Grandiose (Analogic) keyboards parts, first-rate guitar-keyboards dialogs, acoustic tracks with beautiful intensity and more rocky passages. ANCIENT VISION also added female vocals, saxophone, balalaika and mandolin parts. (Musea)
