Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce a new CD release of YELLOW FEVER, the 1975 album by the legendary JEFFERSON AIRPLANE spin off group HOT TUNA. The album was the second by the so-called Power Trio era of the band, following on from the successful America’s Choice. Featuring Airplane stalwarts JORMA KAUKONEN (guitars, vocals), JACK CASADY (bass) and recently recruited drummer BOB STEELER, the album continued HOT TUNA’s move away from acoustic music to a harder rock style and featured stand out tracks such as Sunrise Dance With The Devil and Bar Room Crystal Ball. The Esoteric Recordings edition of this fine West Coast rock album is newly remastered, fully restores all original album artwork and features a new essay.
