Official reissue, in original sleeve, of the rare debut album issued in 1971 by the small Beverly Hills label RTV. It was recorded by the band whilst living on a half acre estate in Canoga Park, California when they were heavily into meditation and vegetarianism. "MU" is full of well-structured, often mystical songs with some tasty laid back guitar work from Merrell Fankhauser (ex HMS Bounty and Fapardokly) and Jeff Cotton (of Captain Beefheart's Magic Band). With 4 bonus tracks (not on the CD) and a beautiful hard card, gatefold sleeve. (Freak Emporium)
