Second effort by Outopsya (alias OUT Of PSYchical Activity) a duo from the north of Italy formed by Luca Vianini (guitar, vocals, keyboards and drums) and Evan Mazzucchi (bass and cello). Conceived as a soundtrack for the silent film The Phantom of the Opera by Rupert Julian, Fake is a work based on evocative as well as electronic and atmospheric music. A 90 minutes long concept album in a double CD with strong neo-psychedelic and avant-rock influences. Ref. F.Zappa, Mr.Bungle, King Crimson.
