Here’s Nebulos, the second album by acclaimed (former Tzadik) group from France. The band confirms their intriguing mix of zappaesque frenzy and humour, eccentric jazz-rock and a pinch of psychedelia. A great rhythm section sustains chromatic percussions, keyboards and winds, with sounds ranging over vintage and acoustic. Absolutely amusing and interesting.
